Outfront Solution Design was born out of a sense of concern with regard to business efficiency and organizational functioning in Africa and specifically within South Africa, where we are based. Having worked in Information Technology for many years, the realization that all the prevalent issues in business have elegant and creative solutions became obvious. The task at hand then became persuading all the hard working managers and directors of these companies that there is a smarter, more creative way to carry out their daily duties. It is often difficult to move away from set routines and into more efficient workflows, but not impossible. Our job is not only technical “do this, but not that”, it entails persuasion to move to a different way of looking at things as well as a more solid acceptance that where you are now is a better place.
